The e-Boulevard development project is a shop/office development project that is located in Shah Alam along Jalan Elektron U16/N, 40170, Selangor and the tenure that is offered by e-Boulevard to its tenants is freehold. The developer of the e-Boulevard development project is none other than Sime Darby Property Berhad and the development was completed in the year of 2014. Sime Darby Proeprty Berhad has a 46-year track record of developing residential, commercial and industrial properties. They are Malaysia’s largest property developer in terms of land bank, with a balance developable area of 20,572 acres and a total estimated Gdv of RM89.3 billion. Up to date, they have built 23 active townships and development that are strategically located and connected to major highways and transportation hubs within key growth areas. One of the strongest selling points for the e-Boulevard development project is that it has high levels of accessibility as there are a lot of bus stops available in the area with the nearest one located at SA 757 e-Boulevard, Denia Alam along Persiaran Metafasa and it is about 190 metres and 3 minutes of walking distance away. Unfortunately, there are no train stations located near to the development However, taxis and e-hailing services are also available for those who needs to use the public transport. The e-Boulevard development project is also accessible via some of the major roads and highways such as the Gce Highway.
