The building is a high rise office development that is well located closer to Kuala Lumpur’s city centre. The project was developed by Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad (MRCB), a big property developer listed on Bursa Malaysia and has developed 31 property projects in Malaysia. The office development has a number of facilities to offer its tenants. Tenants of 1 Sentral can enjoy the gymnasium room that is readily available in the building to get some exercise in. The office building comes equipped with covered car parks and 24 hours security system to ease the daily process and safety of those going in and out of the building. The building is also equipped with air-conditioning facilities that would bring comfort to everyone in and out of the building. 1 Sentral is to Kuala Lumpur city centre and tenants can get there in 5 to 10 minutes via Jalan Stesen Sentral, Jalan Tun Sambanthan and Jalan Damansara. The closest bus stops are located at Suasana Sentral Loft, Little India and Bangsar Utama. There are several other amenities in the surrounding area as well such as schools, supermarkets, restaurants and many more. The closest schools are Havil International School, SMK Vivekananda, Sekolah Sri Bunga Raya and SK La Salle Brickfields (2).
