D'Vida is also known as D'Vida Bukit Jelutong and is a freehold commercial development located along Jalan Bazar U8/101, 40150, Selangor. The developer of D'Vida is Sime Darby Property, Malaysia’s biggest property developer in terms of land bank. Sime Darby Property has a 46-year track record in developing residential, commercial, and industrial properties and has a heavy emphasis on being environmentally sustainable. The 6.07-acre D'Vida is situated within the township of Bukit Jelutong City Centre (Bjcc) and comprises 93 units of 2 and 3-storey shop-offices and eight lots of commercial land varying from 2 to 3.5 acres in size. The shop-offices have built-up sizes ranging from 301 sqft to 4,392 sqft for the ground floor, 1,152 sqft to 5,694 sqft for the first floor and 2,077 sqft to 5,726 sqft for second floor. The units are designed to be either corner units or semi-detached units with wide and shaded verandas, arcades and decks to promote outdoor activities. As a Sime Darby Property development, this project is sure to have an element that promotes environment sustainability and it is rainwater harvesting single pitched roofscape design which slopes towards the direction of the canal where the rain water is pooled. The water from the canal is then recycled for irrigation purposes. In terms of accessibility, D'Vida is connected to several major highways including the North Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), Guthrie Corridor Expressway and Federal Highway. Shah Alam is only a 15 minutes’ drive away from D'Vida and the Kuala Lumpur city centre is only half an hour away. Other places close to D'Vida include Subang Jaya which is 15 minutes away and Petaling Jaya which takes 20 minutes to get to by car. In terms of public transport, many public busses serve the area, making it easy for those who do not drive to get around. Amenities nearby include a regional shopping centre where even more restaurants, retail outlets and entertainment facilities can be found. The area also boasts a 20-acre central park, a 1.5km landscaped stream and a nine-acre recreational lake where individuals or families can go to enjoy a stroll or jog by the pristine waters. There are also a few golf courses close by which is sure to excite golf enthusiasts. D'Vida is the main commercial hub for Bukit Jelutong residents. At D'Vida, there is a unique combination of food and beverage (F&B) outlets, canalside themed F&B and entertainment outlets, convenience and speciality stores, boutiques and corporate offices. Other than catering to families who live in Bjcc, working population here also benefits from what D'Vida has to offer. The shop-offices on the ground floor launched at prices from RM1,025 psf to RM325 psf for the first floor and RM270 psf for the second floor. Since the opening for sales, 35 of the stratified units (about 40%) have been sold in just a few months. Nestled within the mature township of BJCC, there are plenty of commercial and residential developments that would cater to every need and wish. For residential properties, one can find a mix of more affordable developments to more high end properties here such as Rimbun Sanctuary Townhouse, Rimbun Sanctuary @ Shah Alam, Skyz Jelutong @ Bukit Jelutong, Greenlane @ Bukit Jelutong as well as Suria Residence @ Bukit Jelutong. There are also a handful of commercial properties nearby including Batu Tiga Industrial Park and Saujana Indah Industrial Park, suggesting that there are potential career opportunities offered here.
