The build-up size for units here is from 2,250 square units and the total lettable area is 600,000 square feet. Space U8 is a commercial center offering retail outlets, food and beverage outlets, health outlets as well as leisure outlets. It caters to the residents of Denai Alam, Ara Damansara and Bukit Jelutong. Space U8 enjoys good connectivity to its surrounding areas, as well as Selangor and Kuala Lumpur via major highways such as the New Klang Valley Expressway, and the ELITE Highway. Schools that are located close to Space U8 include Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Taman Tun Dr. Ismail Jaya, Sekolah Agama Taman Tun Dr. Ismail, and Sekolah Rendah Kebangsaan Taman Tun Dr. Ismail Jaya. There are quite a number of kindergartens, child care centers and education centers that are located in the area as well, including Little Caliphs TTDI Jaya. There are plenty of restaurants and eateries offering an amazing variety of food here at Space U8 itself as well as in the surrounding areas. For supermarkets, the Saujana Cash and Carry is located about a kilometer away. Space U8 is a short 15 minute drive to commercial and residential hubs such as Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, Subang Jaya, Kelana Jaya, and Klang. Other amenities that are not far away include clinics, convenience stores and mini markets. Facilities at Space U8 include a community plaza, a multi-purpose hall, and a landscape garden. Space U8 is also already tenanted by several F & B outlets. There is also a cinema with that has a 1300 seating capacity at Space U8. With a total of 1300 parking bays in Space U8’s outdoor and multi-level car park, there is definitely ample parking space for tenants and patrons. There is also 24 hour security in order to make sure that Space U8 has an environment that is safe and secure for businesses to flourish in. There is not much information on the launching of Space U8, except that it is also known as Malaysia’s first ‘eco-mall’. Residential developments that are located in the same area as Space U8 that are worth checking out include Hijauan Saujana, Setia Eco Park, Pangsapuri Subang Suria, Trefoil @ Setia City, Puri Aiyu and Seri Intan Apartments @ Setia Alam.
