Sunway Aspera is an apartment development project that is located in the district of Bayan Lepas in the state of Penang along Lintang Sungai Batu 2 and the tenure that is offered by the development project its tenants is freehold. Sunway Aspera was completed in the year of 2012 and the developer of the Sunway Aspera development project is Sunway Integrated Properties Sdn Bhd. The Sunway Aspera development project is a landed development and therefore, it will be especially appealing to those who prefer to live in landed properties more than high-rise developments like condominiums and apartments. One of the strongest selling points of the Sunway Aspera development project is that is has decent levels of accessibility. However, it is still highly recommended for the residents of Sunway Aspera to have their own vehicles in order for them to get around town and get to a wider range of amenities easily. The development is also made suitable for families due to the schools that are located nearby in the area. As mentioned above, one of the strongest selling points of the Sunway Aspera development project is that it has decent levels of accessibility. There are a few bus stops that are located just within walking distance away from the Sunway Aspera development project with the closest one located at opposite Masjid Telok Kumbar along Jalan Teluk Kumbar and it is only about 310 metres and 4 minutes of walking distance away from the development. Taxis and e-hailing services are also available for those who needs to use public transport. Furthermore, the Sunway Aspera is also accessible via the major road, Jalan Teluk Kumbar. It is very highly recommended for the residents of Sunway Aspera to have their own vehicles in order for them to get around town or to other townships for a wider range of amenities. There are 2 schools located within walking distance from the Sunway Aspera development project and those schools include Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Telok Kumbar and Sekolah Kebangsaan Sungai Batu, making the development suitable for growing families to live in. Unfortunately, there are no supermarkets in the area for the residents of Sunway Aspera to get their basic daily necessities and they will have to travel out of town in order to gain access to supermarket amenities. Apart from that, there are also a lot of eateries located near to the Sunway Aspera development project that serve good food and those eateries include Cik Thirah Satay, Roti Canai Astro Corner & Catering Service, Kafe Sungia Batu, Restoran Dalila, Warung Hashim, Kreatif Sate, Laksa Pokok Ketapang, Nasi Talam Kak Senah, D Sara Fried Chicken, Gerai Kak Gee Mee Udang and many more. Unfortunately, there are no shopping mall in the area and residents of Sunway Aspera will have to travel out of town in order to gain access to shopping malls. Some basic facilities are offered to the residents of Sunway Aspera. First of all, the security within the compound of Sunway Aspera is 24 hours in order to ensure the safety and security of the residents. There is also a covered car park in order to protect vehicle owners from the rain and sun. Also, there is a children’s playground for the children to spend some of their free time and have fun in. Lastly, there is a mini-mart for the residents to get their basic daily necessities. The Sunway Aspera development project is an apartment development project which offers freehold tenure to its tenants. The development is developed by Sunway Integrated Properties Sdn Bhd and there is a total of 85 units in Sunway Aspera. Other development projects that are by the same developer as Sunway Aspera include Sunway Serene, Sunway Geolake as well as Sunway Velocity TWO.
