Puchong in its entirety is made up of several “taman-taman” such as Taman Tasik Puchong, Taman Putra Prima, and Taman Puchong Prima. As you exit the LDP and get on to the new interchange where you will eventually come across a roundabout. Make a left turn and this will lead you to Bandar Puchong Utama.  Next you will pass the housing area of Taman Tasik Prima.

Once you will move pass this housing area, you will come across a T-junction with traffic lights. To head to Taman Putra Prima, you should make a right turn at this T-traffic lights junction. As you make the turning, you will bypass KFC and Pizza Hut restaurants which face rows of shop lots where a MyMydin supermarket is located. These shop lots serve as one of the main town centres at Tasik Prima.

The nearest schools include SJKC Han Ming, SJKC Sin Min, SK Puchong Perdana, SK Puchong Indah, SMK Puchong Permai, and SM Sains Seri Puteri Cyberjaya.

The LDP is also connected to both the North-South Expressway Central Link (ELITE), which zips you to KLIA within 30 minutes via the South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE), which links Klang to the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). The LDP stretches from Damansara to Puchong. The KESAS links Shah Alam to Ampang.

Elevia Residences represents a high-rise development that comes with a calm setting near Taman Tasik Puchong. Elevia Residences is located less than 10km away from Puchong’s IOI Mall via LDP. With a new interchange connecting LDP to Bandar Puchong Utama means that the travelling time from Petaling Jaya to Puchong has been shortened.

At this point in writing, it is likely that only the larger units of more than 1,000 sq ft are still available for sale. But if you prefer landed properties, the villas are located right next to the condo. It’s your call.
