By utilising these highways located conveniently close to home, getting to Putrajaya will take approximately only half an hour and Petaling Jaya is even closer. To make things even better, just a short ride from home on the MRT train is the heart of the city which has shopping malls dedicated to all walks of lives. And within short walks of this place is Sungei Wang Plaza, BB Plaza and Berjaya Times Square; all of which offers affordable clothes shopping.

 

Visitors to J.Dupion who are not familiar with the Cheras area may look at the development and see nothing but a town of eternal traffic congestion that holds nothing of interest. First impressions can however be largely deceiving as within the vicinity of J.Dupion are mainly the best of everything. Located along Jalan Cheras is a very famous local Chinese medium school, the upcoming Sunway Medical Centre and closer to the city at approximately 10 minutes away is Prince Court which is a hospital that caters mainly to expatriates.

As per many a non-local of Cheras resident has commented before, Cheras is a township that is entirely too highly congested whether in terms of population or traffic. Analysis

Price Analysis

As mentioned above, J.Dupion is one of the most affordably priced developments in this area of Cheras, which is rather surprising as it is very centrally located amidst a very good network of highway connections. Their selling price per square feet is at RM1,000psf which is ridiculously affordable as compared to the nearby similar development of V Residence Suites at Sunway Velocity which is only approximately 10 minutes away and is selling for RM1,200 psf even though it was launched much earlier.

 

This is a price difference of almost half, and it is suspected that J.Dupion is only selling as low as it is to attract buyers as J.Dupion is indeed a maiden project with the developer not having any proven track record. After speaking to a sales personnel of J.Dupion, it is however confirmed that J.Dupion is going to be the only development of the developer that is going to be so attractively priced as Jakel Development’s next project nearby will be priced from about RM1,100 psf. The attractive pricing of J.Dupion is undoubtedly the reason why more than half the development has been sold out without even a show unit.

 A Conclusion of J.Dupion

Although many people have their doubts about living in Cheras, especially beside a roundabout which is constantly busy, J.Dupion is still a very interesting development especially with its direct connection to the upcoming Taman Pertama MRT station that is a mere 300 metres away by covered walkway. It is also an excellent home upgrade opportunity, to get a very much larger home at a very affordable price with premium facilities less than 15 minutes away from the Kuala Lumpur city centre. So if Cheras is your home ground and you’re comfortable with the area, J.Dupion may be the perfect home for you; and may just exceed all your expectations.
