Rumbia Residence will neighbour Akasia Residence @ Ari Permaisuri which is a RUMAWIP project on one side, and Ixora Residence @ Ari Permaisuri on the other side. Within 500 metres of Rumbia Residence @ Ari Permaisuri is the Cheras LRT Station, and only slightly further away at 1 kilometres is the Salak South LRT station. Other railway options includes the Salak South KTM also a short drive away only.

Nearby from Rumbia Residence is Pusat Perubatan Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (HUKM) for medical facilities, and for families with children, they will be glad to know that there are both primary and secondary schools in the area. They are the SK Seri Permaisuri and SMK Seri Permaisuri.
Rumbia Residence @ Ari Permaisuri is however not all about work and no play – there are also many entertainment centres nearby. Aside from IKEA Cheras, there are also the newer malls of MyTown Shopping Centre, the slightly older Cheras Sentral Mall and the neighbourhood Leisure Mall. For more options, there is always Mid Valley, one of the most popular shopping centres in the Klang Valley, a short distance away.

Rumbia Residence @ Ari Permaisuri is a development that its unique selling point is it low living density. There is however a slightly higher price tag to this development because of this, as can be seen below.
