Judging from what I have seen of the Type H showroom unit, it is a well designed layout with no frills, in a sense very easy to move around, no clutter and no blockages of the view to outside either from the Master Bedroom, Second room or from the Living Room/Dining Area.
With the added fact that you are surrounded by lush greenery, great landscaping and easy access to not only one but three levels of an array of facilities and if you have a unit facing the front, a beautiful view of the straits facing towards Singapore. In my view at the price that you are paying, you are getting a worthwhile deal especially due to the fact that this is low density development and a great choice of units to purchase.
Investment wise the rental rates should be pretty good and if you want to make this your homestead, whether you are a Malaysian or a Foreigner, you can be sure that you will be only minutes away from all the necessities, conveniences and shopping malls not forgetting the upcoming Universities like the Univeristy of Southampton and University of Reading Malaysia. Permas Jaya with the official name of Bandar Baru Permas Jaya, is a housing estate and light industrial area located in Johor Bahru District, northeast of Johor Bahru, and is under the administration of MBJB or Johor Bahru City Council. It has about 40,000-45,000 residents. The Permas Jaya Bridge connects it with Kampung Baru Bakar Batu, Taman Sentosa and downtown Johor Bahru. The Second Permas Jaya Bridge is completed and had helped to reduce traffic jams. The new Eastern Dispersal Link has also been completed and opened for public on 1 April 2012. Vehicles from Singapore now can directly drive into the highway and to Pasir Gudang. This have saved a lot of time for the Singaporeans and the Permas Jaya residents who met with traffic jams everyday during the project of Second Permas Jaya Bridge and the EDL Highway are being carried out.
