As of now, the project is still in the middle of its construction phase. The shop lots are being franticly aligned and assembled, while the SoFo suites are beginning to take shape. If all goes well, the project should be ready for occupancy by 2018. When completed, there will be approximately 660 suites situated in its 3 acres of SoFo development.
