Location
Hermington is a well located project in the neighbourhood of Kuchai Lama. It is tucked in a quiet corner of the neighbourhood, but yet enjoys easy access to many of the major highways in the city; and also to the many amenities and the business hub of Kuchai Entrepreneurs Park. Hence residents will get to enjoy the conveniences of the neighbourhood but will yet be removed from the hustle and bustle of the business hub.
Within a 5-minute drive from Hermington is the Kuchai Entrepreneurs Park which is generally known as a food hub. While Chinese cuisine is the main offering here, western food can also be found in the area, as well as Chinese fusion and Japanese cuisine. Chinese and Korean desserts are also common in this area, and there is a night market in the area every Wednesday. The only problem that visitors may find in this area is the traffic is usually congested at night due to the high traffic of visitors.
Another local attraction is the NSK hypermarket which draws crowds from neighbouring townships. This hypermarket is where goods are sold at wholesale prices, attracting business owners in the food and retail business. Aside from this hypermarket, there are also the nearby neighbourhood shopping malls of Pearl Shopping Gallery, and The Scott Garden which the latter also has another hypermarket in form of Tesco. And not 20 minutes away in clear traffic one of South East Asia’s largest shopping malls, Mid Valley Megamall.
As Kuchai Lama is a matured neighbourhood, there are also many choices of schools in the area, and family clinics, mini marts, and various forms of amenities are within a short drive from Hermington.
Getting around from Hermington via private vehicle proves to be smooth, with the many highways surrounding the development. Providing easy access to and fro Kuchai Lama from Hermington are the New Pantai Expressway (NPE), SPRINT Highway, KL-Seremban Highway, Maju Expressway (MEX), Federal Highway, Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP) and East-West Highway.
With these highways, residents of Hermington will be able to get to the KL City Centre in less than 20 minutes when traffic is clear, and via the MEX highway, to Putrajaya in less than 30 minutes. Bandar Sunway is nearby at 20 minutes via the LDP, and Petaling Jaya within the same distance via a combination of the KL-Seremban Highway and the Federal Highway.

Of the all the upcoming project in Kuchai Lama, Hermington is one of the most affordable ones and provides some of the best views.

Hermington is an anticipated project because of its developer, Aset Kayamas which is renowned for delivering quality projects ahead of schedule. The affordable entry price point is also an attractive factor for property buyers, affordability being another factor that Aset Kayamas is known for.
There is however slight concern among buyers, as they are allegedly being asked to sign a letter of consent which gets buyers to surrender their rights should the developer later decide to make any changes to the building. There is however little need for this concern, as the signing of this letter is not compulsory, because it is not part of the standard procedure.
