After renting out a residential property via an Property Agent, is it the responsibility of the Agent to provide services to the Landlord in terms of problems arise on monthly rental, utility bills not paid, premise in bad condition, etc. Is there any time frame for such assistance from the Agent e.g. only for first 6 months or throughout the tenure of the Tenancy Agreement?

Hi Mdm Adeline Koh, Good day to you. This is very common question to agent but it depend on the agents responsibility to follow up the services to the landlord or not. This is subject to the agent services & mostly agent will follow up around 6 months or so on. Have a nice day Maklumat lanjut
