Greetings from Ohmyhome, one month advance rental is use to cover the first month rental. Tenant do not need to pay rental on the first month after moving in. Maklumat lanjut

If you have already paid the one month advance rental when you signed the Tenancy Agreement then you need not pay the first month rental again as that advance rental is usually for the first month rent.
