Agent charge RM300 for one year tenancy agreement and RM350 for tenancy agreement. Reason expensive stamping charge by government. Monthly rental RM1150. Please assist.

There is a regulated stamping charge by the stamp office. For RM1,150 monthly rental for 1 year tenancy the stamping fee (with one duplicate copy) is RM56. This will be evidenced by the stamping pages to be printed.
The other charge is a reimbursement of admin. and Tenancy document expenses and is subjective to each different real estate agency firm's policy.
