Before I decided to purchase condo unit, I asked the agent if the developer will reduce their selling price if the market is bad, and my agent assured me developer won't reduce selling but only increase it. After 1 year after the condo complete, developer start sell those unsold units with lower price (17% lower than my purchased price), what can I do on this?

The agent/negotiator representation to you verbally is hard to proof unless it is written and contracted. The developer may have their own reasons to sell whatever price they deem fit. Maklumat lanjut
