Based on location and freehold status,Ampang Putri is out.
Based on LRT stations, Orion is out.
Based on upkeep, Menara Avenue is out
We have rented out Vista Damai to expatriates quite easily for smaller units. Yield is stable
Capital appreciation will have to wait for next boom and inflation cycle for all condominiums.
Location, transport and demand will be important criterias & of course price negotiation.
