Can a Real Estate Negotiator collect fees from the Landlord (one months rental) AND the new tenant?
I am renting the condo. The landlord is paying the fee of One months rental. After signing the confirmation he tells me I have to pay him 20-30% of monthly fee as well.

Dear anonymous, All fees are clearly stated in the letter of offer and acceptance which you signed. Please refer to this document. Also scan his badge to ensure that this is a registered real estate negotiator. Maklumat lanjut
