Does an agent have the right to claim the service fee from tenants for removing the owner's property? The agent removed the owner's original property and now wants to claim from me. My tenancy agreement was ended by January 2017 and till now I haven't receive my deposits. The agent intends to deduct the service fee from my deposits.
