Hi, I am a foreigner buying property in mont kiara. Is it safe to ask the bank to release the bankloan to the developer before the state of consent being approved ? I heard state consent take 2 months to be approved. any risk of being rejected ? what is the consequence if the state consent is rejected ? Thanks Goshen

Normally the bank will have their own legal adviser on the process to release the bank loan. The bank will not release untilk documentations are all in order. Maklumat lanjut
