Hi, I have placed a banner outside a house that I wish to rent out. An agent contacted me to enquire about the availability for his corporate client.
My question is who pays the agent's commission if the deal goes through? In my mind, it should be the tenant as they engaged the agent.
However, the agent indicated that I have to pay the commission.
