Hi, I want to buy the house which is no strata title more than 10 yrs bcos developer already bankrupt. Now only can get loan from Public Bank. I afraid after another 10~20 yrs on the road I have difficult to get buyer due to whether still has any bank can release loan to this unit. Could any one of you can tell me is it any possible no more bank can give loan for strata title more than 30 years.

Hi, Let me guess - property in Ampang / Ukay area? 1) Banks are very strict in giving out loans for >10yo properties without strata titles. The fact that u are able to secure a loan from Public Bank to purchase the property is well & good. 2) If u want to sell your property in future, (and assuming the strata title is still a problem) the most likely scenario is to find a cash buyer.
