Hi. I would like to ask whether I can purchase a house in MIRI, Sarawak. I am holding a Malaysian passport issued from Sabah however I would like to buy a house in MIRI instead which is a completely different state. Are there any restrictions that will disable me to do so. Looking forward to your reply.
