Hi, I would like to seek an advice on what should I do as my family and I have been tolerant for more than a year since I got my house keys, every day every single hour suffering with the disturbance noises from neighbor who living upstairs with kids and also a committee member of management team.
The disturbance noises are pulling chairs sound, kids walking, running and jumping sound, pounding sound, banging sound etc every hour where affecting my family and I badly. Especially my brother who works from home as sound engineer, and during night I need to sleep at around 10:30pm, I have to wait the kids stop around 12am then I can sleep plus sometimes my parents need to take some nap in the evening also hard because of the noises.
I come to a point cannot tolerance anymore, I tried to record down the noises as much as I can that they make, report to management team, however no responses from management team. I even confronted this neighbor before, what surprised me was the father was wearing an underwear to met me outside!
