Hi, im a Malaysian but currently working in Singapore.If I wanted to buy a house, what do I need to consider?How much to pay for the downpayment or deposit and what is the procedure?What if I dun have any EPF?

Hi Vera, To buy a house you need to have the 10% dp and better to set aside another 5-10% for spa, stamp duty, loan agreement. if you need further explain pls whatsapp me 018-3229488  .
