Hi, I'm in dilemma right now, considering to buy/invest in a property. I'm not too sure if i want to commit myself into this as this investment is huge. or rather would you advice me to buy a house and not to invest. if to buy a house, would you suggest me to look for the property that i want and no point to rush (you know, everybody is freak out because of GST next year). it's not advisable to invest. please advice.

Dear anonymous. Its no harm to buy the property , as its always worth in buying. However, by choosing the right location that sell- able and tenant - able are most worth to be choose. Begin with the price range below 200k, manipulate wisely by rental or leasing, then when you feel the temptation of having profit from your own property, then you shall be look forward to have more and more, as its worth buying- norlela Maklumat lanjut
