Is the SPA signing and bank loan related?
If yes,after done with the SPA signing can we Change the Bank loan such as from CIMB to MAYBANK.
During SPA process is the GST charge applied?

The SPA and the Loan Agreements are two separate agreements. Although the SPA states that the purchaser intend to borrow a loan from a bank to fund the purchase, it does not mention the bank's name. As such you are at liberty to apply to any banks before proceeding with the Loan Agreement.
GST payable will depend on the date of the tax invoice issued to you. Maklumat lanjut
