Hi, my name is LOO WAI KIT. I have bought a condominium (Kuchai Brem Park ) for around 20 years but have yet to do the name transfer of ownership . Can you please offer me some advise of what to do and what are the fees of name transfer ownership ? Thanks and looking forward for your reply.

I would presume that you did not do the transfer to your strata title and pay the stamp duty when the developer's lawyer informed all the purchasers. You need to appoint a lawyer to complete the transfer of your property by providing the lawyer with your SPA and the developer's contact.
