Hi, would like some advise on this scenario.
My father and I have purchased a condo in 2011 with both his and my names on the S&P. The loan is in both our names as well, and I'm still serving the loan.
Now, my father would like to transfer his share of the condo to myself, thus I will be single owner of the condo going forward. How can we proceed?
