First ,you must be the actual owner for the property. Secondly, find a Real Estate Agent / Registered Real Estate Negotiator. Let them do the inpsection, check for your property valuation and do the marketing untill he / she get the right buyer. You can check agent profile from the website or google will assist you also to find out more. :-)
