I am renting a unit at condo at KL. The tenant wish to extend stay for another 6 months. If I draft a supplemental agreement for the extension , does this require stamping ? thanks

A stamped Agreement will be useful if you need to present in the court otherwise It's just another written contract. Some people get it stamped later whenever the need arises. Maklumat lanjut
