I am selling my property through agent, and I wait two weeks for the buyer to get the loan from bank. when I signing S&P that I just get to know the buyer is the agent himself.
In fact he never tell me before and It is different from the name when making booking. Isn't the agent do the right thing? Cause he is the buyer, yet want to earn the commission as agent.
