I saw a commercial unit in PG, the agent listed agency fees (half month rental) in my to pay list. Should tenant pay for agency fee? Thanks.

There is not law that forbids the Tenant to engage the services of the agent to find a certain type of property and agrees to pay the agency fee. The agency is only allowed to represent either the Landlord or Tenant and collect a fee from one party only to avoid conflict of interest. Maklumat lanjut
