I will be move to a house. However i was informed by the agent that i need to pay for referral fee ? Is that valid ? Because i think da house owner nee to pay the referral fee to agent, not the tenant.. i am afraid that i am being scammed or is it valid for house owner and agent made that agreement?

Unheard of that a Tenant has to pay referral fee to an agent. It's either the Landlord or Tenant engages the services of a licensed real estate agency and pay the professional fee Maklumat lanjut
