If someone who is not the owner rented the house and collect monthly rental , what is the legal impact and risk of the tenant? Is the Tenancy agreement considered void? What action can be taken against the person who is not the owner of the property signed the TA ?

If this happen, all document signed is consider illegal, and as a tenant, may being ask for surrender the unit by the real landlord. Tenant not being protected.
