The third year is an option to renew to be exercised by the Tenant by giving sufficient notice (usually 2 to 3 months) in writing and subject to mutually agreeable rental by both parties. It is not automatically binding as it is subject to the Tenant having fulfilled all the terms & conditions in the Tenancy Agreement and subject to the conditions above. Maklumat lanjut
