Is it possible to convert Commercial Land (Service Apartment) to Residential Land (Condo)? or at least the Utilities (Water, Electric & Internet) and Quit Rent+Assessment?

It is possible to convert subject to approval by the Town country Planning at the local authority or Majlis. Its better you to walk in to majlis under their terrototy and meet the TCP officer to ask their oppinion. - Fiq , Weise property Maklumat lanjut
