Is RentDeer Sdn Bhd a legitimate property agent company? I’m unable to verify it, please help.. I understand that usually the tenancy agreement are with 2 months deposit plus 1 month advance, but is there any agency only ask for 1 month deposit and 1 month advance rental?

Hello , regarding to the deposit for room rental . The deposit rate is 1 month deposit and 1 month advance rental for local ,Malaysian. And 2 months deposit plus 1 month advance is for foreigner. You can search up Rentdeer Sdn. Bhd. is a registered company. 202301002705 (1496624-H) Maklumat lanjut
