Is the price of Saffron condominium in Sentul East still going to appreciate? I own one unit there, and looking at a lot of new condominiums are being developed in that area I am afraid at some point it will push the price down. Should I sell it?

in longterm its always going to appreciate. yes subsales now for condo is a bit affected stagnant now. i can feel it cz am in property line. in longrun its going to appreciate. if you want to move your investment elsewhere can contact me. we have a new property under is a mall, ktm is at the door step and highway at exit. with location like this u can never run out of tenant as demand is there and when rental rise the property appreciate as well Maklumat lanjut

price of property will never go down. it will either go up exponentially or gradually. in the case of Saffron condo, it will still grow gradually. More new developments in the area will gradually push the prices up for all the surrounding properties. www.VICTORCHEONG.com Maklumat lanjut
