Looking for condominium 3b or minimum 2b for own stay but not enough savings. So,how long does the epf withdrawal account 2 process. Cz really no cash for downpayment. Looking for new or sub let property that are close to lrt or city . Also worried loan not approve n hard earn money for booking fee void. 2700gross salary.wat is the maximum loan that can borrow which guarantee loan approve.first time home buyer. Also the govt 300k apartment still available?sorry i have too many questions. Lastly.preferred location pj subang cheras puchong that are close to lrt. Thanks for those who can answer any part of my questions

withdrawal will takes 2weeks frm epf. if you are interested on gov 300k apt u can request online like selangorku, prima homes, rumahwip. google it and you can find it. I do subsales and project, but project nowadays are prices above 400k so sorry cant help u. u can try get a below market subsales and mark up loan so u dont have to take out so much downpayment. i would suggest u joint loan with someone to purchase ur 1st house or start with investment property first then slowly build up ur cashflow.
