Planning to buy one double storey house from auction. Owner is a malay (bumi lot)but land title is not MCL and I am a Chinese. Will there be any restriction or problems like cannot change name, cannot sell, etc. Agent told me no problem but im not sure? Do I need to get a lawyer?
