The properties in Saujana Apartments, Damansara Damai do not have individual strata titles - this property have been occupied for some years now - is there a problem ? Why strata title take so long ? If I buy an apartment there will there be legal and also bank loan problems ?

It subject to the developer and the situation.You have have a higher chances to face problems with loan and owner transfer,so dont happy after you had already drop deposit on us. Maklumat lanjut
