What is the agent fee for a 1 or 2 year tenancy agreement? Also, for example if I engage an agent "A" who gets me a tenant from agent "B" from their company database, do they split the fee? How does it work?

    Thanks, would u like to help me look for a tenant for a shop-office at Tmn Midah 1st fl. Asking RM1,500, measures 1,600 sq ft.Location is next to Maybank at Taman Midah.
