Who is supposed to pay agent fee for rental unit? The owner or the tenant? I found a unit I like in JB on this site and agent said I need to pay half month rent worth of agent fee, but I don't think I'm their client, the owner is.

Usually is the owner who appointed the agent are supposed to pay.. tenant only pay the 2 month rental + 1 month advance rental fees and 1/2 month utility fees only for rental Maklumat lanjut
