Would like to ask as I'm renting a room for rm1250 and the agent ask for an administration fee of rm200.But then he told me that the contact is without the lawyer firm signature and told me is a template copy from the law firm(he delete this message before I click in ,but I did nsaw it).May I know why a copy will cost rm200 without company firm signature and stamping?

Hi, I'm not sure what the REN will do for the administration fees for. Normally, it's should be around 25% base on the rental as admin + stamping + tenancy agreement disbursement fees.
