This property was developed by UEM Sunrise Berhad, one of Malaysia’s top property developers. East Ledang is an upscale suburban community of 275 acres. It consists of stunning homes that draw the interest of tenants. Twin Villa is said to be situated in the ideal neighbourhood with a relaxed environment and welcoming people. Twin Villa is situated right in between Singapore and Johor Bahru city centre and is accessible through the Malaysia-Singapore Second Link Highway. Having your own car to get around this place would be preferable. Many shopping malls are surrounding East Ledang, such as the Mall of Medini, GP Mall Gelang Patah, and Eco Botanic City. This property is just about a 15-minute drive from hypermarkets like Tesco Bukit Indah, Jusco Bukit Indah, and Giant. Johor has many delicacies of its own that attract locals and tourists. You would never run out of places to eat in Johor because of the abundance of restaurants.
