Future residents need only concern themselves with the basic TV, sofas, bedroom sets and a dining table when moving into Residency V. At RM 800 per square feet, the Residency V is quite reasonably priced with a starting price of RM 500,000. The maintenance fee is set in the range of RM 0.30 above. What with the complete amenities and the freehold status as well, Residence V would be an ideal first home for small families, couples, and young working adults.
