As the name suggests, Taman Puncak Jalil is located on Bukit Jalil’s higher parts. Houses here are spacious with modern and contemporary designs. Taman Puncak Jalil is ideal for families which children as well as those who are working in the area or even in Kuala Lumpur city center as it is strategically located and easily accessible. Taman Puncak Jalil is also ideal for those who are interested in investing in the property market as the surrounding area is still being developed and there is a potential for prices to appreciate. Houses here are well maintained and those that are for sale are usually already renovated and partially furnished. The closest public transportation to Taman Puncak Jalil is the LRT Kinrara Bk5. Taman Puncak Jalil is strategically located and easily accessible via main roads and major highways such as the Bukit Jalil Expressway, the KESAS Highway, Lebuhraya Damansara Puchong, the Sungai Besi Highway as well as the Kuala Lumpur Seremban Highway. For recreation, residents can head over to the Bukit Jalil Golf Club, Kinrara Golf Club, and Mines Golf and Country Resort. For those with vehicles, Taman Puncak Jalil is about a 30 minute drive to Kuala Lumpur’s city center, and 15 minutes to Bandar Sunway. For those who enjoy being outdoors, there is the Taman Puncak Jalil Recreation Park which is only a 7 minute walk away. Facilites at Taman Puncak Jalil are quite limited. There is children’s playground for kids to burn off some energy, and 24 hours security to ensure the safety of residents and their homes. Each house comes with a porch area that can park a minimum of one vehicle. However, the limited facilities are not a big problem as this residential area is surrounded by amenities just a short distance away. Sub sale price range for houses here at Taman Puncak Jalil is between RM423,000 to RM1,360,000 while the rental price range is between RM1,200 to RM2,500. The build up size start from RM2,500 square feet. Taman Puncak Jalil was originally launched by in June 2001 by another developer. IJM Corporation Berhad revived and completed the project in 2006.
