  Stayed here for close to 2 years. Good location to KL city centre and a lots of amenities like mall, supermarkets, clinic, kopitiam, mamak, and 2 train stations all within reasonable walking distance. Common facilities are another level. This condo is located in the middle of one of the busiest street in KL or even Malaysia but you don't feel it due to its location facing towards the beautiful Taman Pudu Ulu and there is a back road that will take you straight to Jalan Cochrane to help you to avoid the busy traffic junction at Jalan Cheras. Management can be better but at least they are improving and willing to take feedback from the residents. Great place to live overall!

The proximity to the park is a major highlight for me as I can enjoy the beauty of nature with ease.   When searching for a condo, I wanted something that stood out from the rest. Parc3's distinctive building color immediately caught my attention, and I love how it remains visible even from a distance. The abundance of facilities available here is impressive, making everyday living extremely convenient. The high density adds a sense of community and makes this place feel alive.

  Convenient Location and Amenities: A Review o

  Parc3 is such a convenient location for me. The nearby garden was a delightful escape, and the quieter street it was located on added to the peaceful ambiance. Being close to Sunway Velocity and Ikea was incredibly convenient for me, as I could easily explore shopping and dining options. The fact that the LRT station was within walking distance was a huge plus, making commuting a breeze. Moreover, having AEON, MRT Maluri Station, and GOKL Gray Line bus stop just a 10-minute walk away was incredibly convenient.

  Great location with MRT and LRT within 600m of covered walking distance. The building facilities are top-notch and it is right in front of a 64 acres beautiful park which is very rare in the city center. A lot of local food options around by walking and driving. The downside will be that lift can be a bit slow during peak hours but still bearable.
