Nice upgrade

I used to rent at an older condo nearby, so Parc 3 feels like such an upgrade. The facilities are great, and the building feels secure and well-kept.

Good for families

Our little family loves it here. My son enjoys the kiddie pool while my parents take evening walks at the garden deck. It feels safe, clean and calm which is quite rare for city living.

Perfect city view

Moved in recently and still amazed by the KL skyline from my balcony. The space feels bright and modern, with plenty of natural light. The facilities are top-notch, especially the pool and sky park. I love that it’s peaceful despite being so close to the city buzz.
