  We specifically chose The Annex because of its proximity to Medan Connaught night market – one of the best outdoor food destinations in KL. The unit itself is modern with good fittings and management has been excellent. Cheras expressway access makes getting around the Klang Valley easy. Nearby LRT and MRT for car-free commuting. MyTown and Sunway Velocity Mall for shopping. A genuinely great urban condo.
