The developer of 9 Madge is Rodem Sdn Bhd, which is a joint venture company between Sri Aman Development and Landlovers (M) Sdn Bhd. Sri Aman Development Sdn Bhd is a local developer, who is also the major stakeholder of this development. On the other hand, Landlovers (M) Sdn Bhd is a sister company of Landlovers Korea and based in Kuala Lumpur. The design of 9 Madge is gorgeous for inviting daylights while minimizing direct heat and sunlight to the interior.
